About the DTR Foundation

Founded in 2023 by NFL quarterback, creative designer, and entrepreneur Dorian Thompson-Robinson, the DTR Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering youth and their families. Our mission is rooted in addressing educational, health, and cultural needs — ensuring that young people have the support, resources, and opportunities required to thrive.

We believe deeply in the power of community and in the limitless potential of the next generation. Through our programs and partnerships, we encourage youth to discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and build the confidence necessary to navigate an ever-changing world.

Operating in Las Vegas and across the communities we proudly serve, the DTR Foundation provides impactful programs, strategic support, and community-driven initiatives that uplift, educate, and empower.

Together, we are preparing today’s youth for tomorrow’s success - one program, one partnership, and one empowered young person at a time.

Dorian Thompson-Robinson is the entrepreneurial spirit behind the DTR Foundation, where he serves as Founder and CEO, and FriendsOverFans, a lifestyle enterprise built around his passion for creativity, community, and connection. A Las Vegas native and Bishop Gorman Catholic High School standout, Dorian went on to have a remarkable collegiate career at UCLA, where he established himself as a leader both on and off the field. Most recently, Dorian continued his football career with the Birmingham Stallions of the UFL, helping spark a turnaround that propelled the team to a successful season. Beyond football, Dorian is deeply invested in the creative arts and passionate about empowering and inspiring the next generation. When he’s not working or pursuing his passions, he enjoys spending time with his pets, Bruin, Nala, and Drizzy. A proud UCLA alumnus, Dorian continues to build a career defined by leadership, creativity, and impact.
